Family Inheritance Plan

What is it? A more complex Will providing the same security as the Basic Will Plan and extending that security to all assets, including your home, investments and business assets. This Plan includes not only the preparation of the appropriate Will Trust, but also, for persons who jointly own their home, the creation of a tenancy in common to make sure that the Plan itself is fully effective.

Who will benefit? Persons with substantial assets made up of their home and investments. Also persons who may have an interest in a family business or farm and who are concerned about protecting their wealth against inheritance tax (IHT) and/or long term care fees (LTC). Persons who wish to provide maximum flexibility and security for their chosen beneficiaries. This Plan is also helpful to those who may be in a second family situation as outlined under the Wealth Preservation Plan, or if they have any beneficiary who is under a disability.
