What is it? "Probate" is the legal process which is required to be undertaken following a person's death in order to ensure that their assets are collected, debts are paid and their chosen beneficiaries receive that to which they are entitled.

We are able to deal with all of the legal, administrative, financial and taxation issues which arise in the administration of an estate.
We offer a free home visit service and will explain all of the steps involved in the estate administration, avoiding unnecessary jargon.
We offer a competitive fee structure and we agree our fee with you at the outset so that you will know exactly what the costs will be. Once we have agreed that amount, you can be sure that there will be no increase as the administration progresses.
Our charges are calculated on the size and complexity of the estate, whether or not there is a Will. We do not charge an hourly rate. Our fee is fixed at the outset.
Jane Barlow believes very strongly in working closely with your other advisers, such as your accountant, your stockbroker and independent financial adviser. In dealing with estate administration matters, Jane will endeavour to ensure that such close liaison is maintained and that all of your other advisers are fully informed and involved in the administration process.
