Property Protection Plan
What is it? A more complex Will providing the same security as the Basic Will Plan and potentially securing the value of your home from long term care fees (LTC). This Plan includes not only the preparation of the appropriate Will Trust, but also, for persons who jointly own their home, the creation of a tenancy in common to make sure that the Plan itself is fully effective.
Who will benefit? Older, married couples (or registered civil partners) whose main asset is their home and who are concerned about liability to
LTC and wish to protect the value of their home for their beneficiaries.
